The best ramen I've ever had!
good!
Hands down the best Miso ramen in Tsukuba. The basic broth/soup is thick, rich and delicious and every alternative meal adds a little something else. Super friendly staff plus a great jazz soundtrack.
Really good and rich tonkotsu ramen! The unique ebi flavor is refreshing
It's very oishi.
Incredibly deep ramen, totally worth it! Some people complain about the queue that can get very long on some occasions, but if you come around the end of service hours, there are usually much less people.Around 1000Â¥, lots of topping available. The large portion costs as much as the small one, but is definitely a challenge to finish if you're not prepared ^^Maybe not everyday, but very nice experience overall :D
That go-to ramen shop of the locals... Every sip is pure poetry. Must try.
I believe AOI is the greatest local-taste restaurant!
I travel regularly to Tsukuba for research, and went here twice this week-out of this world. I had the regular Ramen and the shrimp. Both are phenomenal I think despite the shrimp ramen’s reputation I prefer the regular broth. Which ever you choose, you’re in for a wonderful experience of flavors and textures. And the gyoza! oh, the gyoza! Make sure you have some, as they are some of the best I’ve had. Also, excellent and gracious service by the very kind older couple who met us at the door. Very unique experience, and definitely ranks at the top of my ramen shop visits in Japan.
My god were the 5 star reviews right. Unique, smokey flavour that was absolutely delicious. One of the best ramens I've ever had. Highly recommend!

Great Japanese noodles
I tried Niku Tsukemen and the thick soup had some appetizing "grilled meat" aroma. But their best is ãƒãƒ£ãƒ¼ã‚·ãƒ¥ãƒ¼éºº. Also, the noodles' chewy texture was just right, not overcooked. Atmosphere is also nice for having some intimate conversations. Excellent ramen shop overall
Nice interior with a high stall and small tables, cozy yellow light. The ramen is a little bit salty.
Excellent "wide and flat" noodles, great broth and fantastic pork meat (ãƒãƒ£ã‚·ãƒ¥ã‚¦ï¼‰melting in mouth. It is worth the queue.
Wonderful ramen, and they were really nice to my children!
Finally found it. After 12 years in Japan. The Perfect Ramen!
Creamy miso soup is delicious. Does noodles have different tastes? I only use solid noodles that feel very chewy. Is it better to not chop the onions finely?
A delicious ramen shop in Tsukuba. We had ramen and tori soba on separate days. Tsukemen is also a popular menu. You can choose from 4 types of char siu for Tori Shio Soba. In addition, I put a tea set on the chicken soba. For the tea set, add soup with chicken soba and make soup tea. They are all delicious.
My first ever written review for a restaurant. Without a doubt, the best ramen I’ve had in my 10 years of ramen hunting in Japan. The taste of “Ebi Tsukumen†will blow your mind. The best and I definitely recommend 👌ðŸ½ðŸ‘ŒðŸ½ðŸ‘ŒðŸ½
beware addicted.. 4 times in one month.. superb ramen ..
Wow, as a visitor it was my first time eating ramen in Japan. It tasted amazing!! The gyoza is also very good. It is quite warm inside but the ramen is worth it; it is like a restaurant and spa treatment for the face combined! If you don't understand Japanese, it will be difficult to order from the machine (like it was for me haha), but the pictures I posted below of the ramen are the 1st and 2nd buttons. :)I forget what the gyoza symbol was, but I know it's 280 yen and it's a white button at the bottom right of the machine!
The Ramen was delicious, loved it. Small space so there tends to be a wait.
